POLKA DOTS STATMENT

HELLO EVERYONE
I hope you are all well and keeping safe .
Firstly I would like to personally thank you all for your support through what has been a very testing time for all of us ,
Regarding appointments
I will endeavour to contact as many of you as possible with times and dates available , or if you wish to, you can contact me directly, please TEXT me your Name and Contact details and what appointment you would like. 07453 307238
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason THEN you must give 48 hours notice so I can offer that space to someone else.
If you miss your appointment a 50% cancellation fee WILL have to be charged, as you know I have never had to enforce this before , but in this current climate I cannot afford for any appointments to go unaccounted for , so I ask please can you call email or text to say if you cannot make it .

Changes within the salon
1-PLEASE do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing covid 19 symptoms OR YOU HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THAT HAS
You will be asked to wait outside until we can accommodate you safely in the salon ,
ALL appointments must be attended promptly on time to ensure no delays to other appointments and also give us time to clean our station ready for the next guest .
1.            ON  arrival to  the salon there will hand sanitizer out side ready for you
2.            When in the salon we offer a hand scrub and moisturiser if you wish to use them
3.            We will be offering a mask if you wish to wear one /or please feel free to bring your own
4.            All client will be given a freshly laundered gown,  disposable towels,
5.            All equipment will be sanitized before use on every client
6.            We the staff will be wearing disposable aprons gloves when can and masks to ensure your safety and ours
7.            Unfrortunaltly we will no be offering refreshments or magazines at this time but please feel free to bring your own
8.            We will be taking card payments as normal as this is the safest method
